Incredibly easy to use!!

I recently bought and used (2) Laplink PCmover licenses and both worked perfectly! I’ve successfully used the product several times over the past 13 years with absolutely no problems and highly recommend it to transfer settings, preferences, and Apps between an old and a new PC! A few times over the years, I needed to contact Tech Support and they were thorough, extremely helpful, and quickly helped me resolve the problem over the phone. I’ve used Ethernet in the past but will use the latest Datalink USB cable in the future!

Laplink PC mover Ultimate 11 mostly worked. Still had to reinstall a number of programs and fix my email, but it did the job about as well as I expected when moving from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Not prefect, but more than adequate. I wish there was a better program for moving to a new PC, but Id probably buy this software again in the future. Overall it was easy enough to use and fairly quick transferring files using the USB 3.0 cable. A solid 4 Stars for me, but your situation might be different.

Ive used this software twice. Once about 2-3 years ago, and again more recently. This worked perfectly and copied everything I needed it to copy without issue. I would not hesitate to use it again in the future.

I made a mistake downloading the new computer and they let me do the download again without any extra cost

I needed some help using the product and called support on the phone. I got very fast response along with kindness and understanding from Michelle. The product works VERY well!

I purchased PCmover as part of a new Dell desktop order. In the past, Ive used similar products to transfer files with mixed results. PCMover, however, did the job and I could not be more pleased. All files and settings moved seamlessly.

I followed the directions completely. For just a 211G C drive it took over 6 hours using the ethernet cable. I started it from my new computer and when it was done it said it had to restart to finish installing. So I clicked the button and everything went dark. I waited ten minutes and nothing happened, So I long held the power button and restarted the laptop. Instead of Windows loading, I got darkness. I am going to try again. But, this failure is huge!

Just bought my senior Aunt a new computer and had to transfer her old computer to the new one. I downloaded this program and didnt have a cable but used our internet. Took a very long time but it did the job and transferred 98% of it all just like she had it. Just had to tweak it a bit to look and act just like the old one which only had 2G on it and since MS uses 2G it was super slow and frustrating, especially for a partially blind person. It would have been a lot shorter time to transfer with a cable. Overall, Im happy with my purchase of this program.
