> 24 hourThis was my first printer and it could not have been easier to start printing high quality prints (high quality for beginners). The product support is amazingly fast considering the time difference, Ive already got the high-temp extruder in the mail and it is free expedited shipping. I would definitely buy this product again. Also, the Simplify3D settings included in the printer are great. It makes using the software super easy as I havent tweaked anything at all, literally just imported and saved as G-code and hit print. This printer has more than made up for my limited knowledge and lack of experience... 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect for Jewelry and you can send your prints to the machine via Network. And the best part is the Service! Linda has been very professional and will go above and beyond to help you with any problems 24/7. A++ for Qidi Tech

> 24 hourI came to this printer after trying, and failing to get the Anet ET4 to work. Yes, the price tag may be a deterrent initially, but trust me, its very much with it. The only thing I needed toinstall was extended the arms that support the filament, and it was ready to turn on. Very simple process for either express or manual leveling, then its time to preheat and start printing! One of the features that I love on the printer is that you can adjust things like heat, z-offset and other specs during the printing process, rather having to pause the print. No issues thus far and very reliable.

> 24 hourWhen searching for a 3d printer, I wanted a printer with minimal assembly and easy calibration. In short, I wanted something as close to plug-and-play as possible. After owning this printer for two months, I can say I made a great decision. What I love: >Solid construction – The engineering of this printer is wonderful! o Nice size print bed o Removable magnetic print surface for easy removal of your print o Not overly loud o Simple leveling o Included high temperature extruder >Great documentation o Print materials and video tutorials. Everything is there to get you started and support typical maintenance tasks. >Excellent customer support o The online reviews are accurate. I made a rookie mistake and attempted a complex print. I didn’t have my temperatures correct and the print failed to adhere to the print bed. When I came back to check my print, I found a spiderweb of PLA and the nozzle couldn’t be removed from the hot end. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded with recommendations. In the end, I required a new hot end. They sent it to me free of charge even though it was my mistake. Wow!!! They really do have a customer first approach. >And most importantly, the X-Plus delivers great quality prints. Without any hesitation, I recommend this printer.

> 24 hourAfter a couple of weeks, I have printed Nylon, PLA, PETG, and Ninjaflex just with what came with this printer! There are very few units for under 2 or 3 thousand dollars that offer this kind of versatility. The printer is very well made and the touchscreen UI is quick and responsive. Once you get used to some slight differences in the setup and operation, it is a breeze to use. I dont care for the Qidi Cura slicer, but it works great with Simplify3D. Swapping the extruders just takes a couple of minutes and setting up for the next print is fast and easy. While no 3D printer is completely plug-and-play, Qidi has gotten pretty close. Great quality of prints and SUPER quiet. Some of the little niceties are a bit cheaply done, but thats ok. The removable build surface is great and the build plate is quite heavy. The 3-point leveling is also a nice touch - not many printer companies understand the value of this. Overall, a fantastic value for the money. This thing is a workhorse - its not a $10,000 printer, but well worth more than the $1000 price tag, especially considering its capabilities compared to other, more expensive units. In fact, I like it enough that I will be getting an X-max to put next to it!

> 24 hourI had absolutely no experience 3D printing but wanted to buy a 3D printer with future proof capabilities. Out of the box this thing has been fantastic. The standard settings in the QIDI slicer have produced perfect prints with PLA (i havent played with PETG or ABS yet, thats next). Their tech support is also very friendly and responsive to questions. Ive been printing almost continuously for 2 months, and havent had any issues, but did contact them for general preventative maintenance questions.

> 24 hourWith no experience in 3D printing, I was printing flawless pla prints day one. The wifi printing option through Qidi software is awesome. The bendable print service is another awesome feature. The ridiculously quiet printing, amazing support, and design of this printer sets it apart from cheaper open source printers. To fellow beginners, be warned that petg Filaments love to mold to print beds when the bed isn’t properly prepared, so put some painters tape or glue down to safe yourself the hassle of buying replacement printing surfaces.

> 24 hourThis is the 4th, 3d printer I have bought and by far the best one I have used. The support so far has been amazing, I e-mailed a few questions after ordering just asking basic questions based on reviews and the responses were very fast and extremely helpful. After receiving the printer setup was fast and easy, and I am already on my 1st real print after the calibration cube test print I did. So far the ONLY down side I can see in this printer over far more expensive ones is the lack of a truly autonomous leveling system, it is still manual even if assisted, but honestly its just not that important to me. This printer has HANDS DOWN the best support of any I have bought so far, as well as the best documentation!
