> 3 dayThe printer is not printing very well, and up to my expectations whenever I initially purchased it. That being said it did take me multiple months in order to get to this point. The default print quality using settings the printer comes with was decent, I just had high expectations. It’s been a couple of months and I’ve had to go through a lot of troubleshooting in order to achieve the level of printing quality that I’m at now. But Id Say that I am happy with the results that I am getting.

> 3 dayI did a lot of research before buying the X-Plus and Im glad I did. I learned three things: 1) That it was easy to use, 2) That the print quality was above average, and 3) That Qidi customer service is responsive and capable. I unboxed everything and followed all the directions, but had problems with the display screen and the print bed z-axis rod. I sent an email to Qidi and had a reply with answers and video instructions on what to do in a couple of hours. I was printing my first part less than an hour after that. Plus, this thing is quiet! I can hear the fans softly and nothing else. Ive been around other 3D printers that are super noisy. Not the X-Plus. I’ve got months and hundreds of printed parts under my belt now with the X-Plus and I continue to be impressed with its simplicity, durability, ease of use and low cost.

> 3 daythis is my first printer and the excitement to jump in is palpable. Unfotunately I have been having a rough start. I was able to print a few small items, but then i tried to print somthing a little more aggressive and from that point on my problems increase. my initial layer setting has been the bane of every print forward. I reached out to customer support who has been very attentive and helpful. They respond quick within 10 hours of me sending my email. I have tried every suggestion they have gave me and nothing has worked. I tried to do a normal level instead of the fast level. I tried to set the z axis offset. I also used alcohol to clean the pei board. the filament just will not stick. unless i use a glue stick which they told me i should not need to use with pla filament. It just wont stick. Ive heard great things about this printer and honestly I am a little surprised I have been having so much trouble. I was asked to give a 5 star review and at first I did, but every time i try to go back and print something, anything; it just wont stick. So I am rewriting my review to reflect the truth of my experience. should things change then i will change it. I am seriously debating on returning it and getting a different printer. extremely frustrated right now.

> 3 dayThe quality of the machine is solid and robust (I can testify to this because I fried the circuits the first time I switched on the printer!). This meant I experienced the after-sales service first hand and it was amazing. I can honestly say QiDi’s tech support is fantastic. Within hours the printer was up and running and they provided clear instructions. They also followed up after I had made a few prints, and sent me some spare parts (for free) within a week. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the 3D printer and, what could have been a disaster for me was saved and solved by the excellent tech support. I highly recommend this product and this company.

> 3 dayIve had my X-Plus for about a month now and Im already using it to make adapters in ASA and PLA for my astrophotography hobby with great results. QIDIs tech support has been very responsive when I had questions and helpful getting me started. The X-Plus has been great for me as a beginner and I also really appreciate that it came fully assembled.

> 3 dayAmazingly easy to setup and use with the Qidi slicer. The slicer can send print jobs wirelessly which is very convent. Most amazing and most important is the response time and help from the tech support.

> 3 dayThe print Quality is perfect. No issues at all. I have used different filament and I have no issues. Best 3D Printer ever. The customer service is top notch. Sophia in customer service was very helpful in answering my questions about the printer. Absolutely A+ on all levels. I had an issue with another manufacturer’s filament and Sophia responded promptly with a solution. This 3D printer is the best investment.

> 3 dayI have used 3D printer for a while and I would say that the QIDI X-plus is a very good one for newbies or for professionals. Everything is so easy when following the detailed instruction book. The machine is running continuously and so far, I am very happy with it and will post more pictures of my prints. Pros: 1) Large building plate: 270 mm length, 200 mm width, I have not tested the height (suppose to be 200 mm) yet. My large flat print went very well. 2) The front on/off button is very convenient. 3) The magnetic removable plate makes taking off models so easy and also good for cleaning. I used to like to replace the original plate to glass one, however, I do not think it is necessary this time. 4) Control is easy with user friendly GUI on the large LCD screen. 5) I like the leveling setting which is also very easy. It seems it was very well set in the factory. My setting is just a in case thing after the long distance transportation. 6) Very solid design which gives me a feeling that it can last forever. 7) It can automatic shut off when the printing is done, nice feature. 8) Very nicely prepared toolbox which has everything potentially needed later. Cons: None
