> 24 hourTo make this short, I’ll just say that this is great for beginners. I’m brand new to 3d printing. This is my first printer. I’ve been wanting to get one for a while and talked with a few friends that have been priming for a while. One of them suggested this printer and said, “if your time is worth something to you, then buy this printer as you’ll waste less time on issues with failed prints”. The other friend was totally blown away and quite a bit jealous of the print quality and success rate a beginner like me was having. I’ve printed over 20 things (some large taking 30 hours to print, and some small taking 8 minutes). I’ve had 4 failed prints. All 4 prints came from not having enough glue on the print bed. In short, I’ve liked this printer. I did have an issue with the new run out sensor, and qidi support just sent me out a brand new runout sensor and 2 nozzles for free. I’m not sure how to change out nozzles though - I’m new to this.

> 24 hourThis printer is excellent. The build and design of the product are great and thanks to its direct drive extruder and precise movement, the print quality is superb with no stringing or over/under extrusion. The software is a modified version of Cura, so you have a ton of flexibility with printing and materials you use, but if you dont delve into the deeper settings, the default settings and the basic configuration presented to you work great for standard materials. Tech support is excellent; I accidentally pinched and broke a lead from the heating cartridge on the included high temperature extruder assembly and tech support sent me a new hot end assembly and 2 heating cartridges free of charge via express DHL. Its hard to complain about anything here.

> 24 hourHello, I am a 3D artist/animator working in film/television and I was looking to expand into 3D printing and product design/prototyping. This was my first foray into 3D printing. I did my research and found the Qidi brand to be a great balance of price/capabilities. So I bought the product and also found out they have great support. I have had many back-and-forths with their customer service and they are prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. 3D printing and design is never going to Easy. But I have learned a lot in the past few months since using the Qidi Plus and Linda at Qidi Tech Support has been a big reason why I am having the success that I am now. I hope to be launching my products soon. Some cool features of the Qidi that I really like are: 1. The ability to be enclosed or not 2. The detachable build-plate 3. Wide range of materials can be used I highly recommend this product and this company.

> 24 hourI think I got this last summer, and since then Ive kept it in constant service. Its running right now, and more or less always is. Im able to switch between a wide variety of materials and achieve great results with each of them. This is a solid, workhorse of a printer, strongly recommended after a year of great performance. All Ive had to buy are nozzles mats and filament. The one service issue I had around month 3 was handled quickly, and I broke the extruder myself by using the wrong material in the hi-temp extruder. I want to reiterate that this thing has been chugging away 16hrs a day for a year. Fantastic machine.

> 24 hourMy first 3d Printer was a Lulzbot Taz purchased back in about 2013. I had nothing but problems with it. Nozzles constantly breaking, always needing to order parts, etc. and a paid over $3000 for it! Not this! Excellent quality prints right out of the box! Simple to use yet complex in creation, a beginner or experienced 3d printer user would love this. I was so hesitant to purchase because I have experienced, so many times, poor quality control on Asian built devices, but NOT THIS ONE! Excellent quality control and technical support. This is a must if you are looking for a great home 3d printer!

> 24 hourIve been using this machine for a year now and I have nothing but praise for it :-) It just WORKS day after day virtually without any hickups ... and the few times there has been some odd miner issues, the QIDItech support has solved them promptly. So if you want a machine that <works>, i.e. you want to <print> 3d and not just a 3d-printer-upgrading-hobby ;-) I TOTALLY RECOMMEND this product !!!

> 24 hourThis is my first 3D printer that I have purchased and it was an easy process to set-up right out of the box. So, far I’ve only printed with PLA and the print quality has been excellent compared to other 3D printers I have seen at a similar price point. My kids and I have printed every day and the objects have been consistent in nature. Qidi Tech technical support has also been outstanding. I had a few questions regarding the extruder on the first day I used my Qidi Tech X-Plus and they promptly replied back to me. For new enthusiasts, like myself, that want an user-friendly experience with great print quality I would definitely recommend a Qidi Tech X-Plus.

> 24 hourThis is my third printer and this one is the best by far. Why? Large print area for MOST purposes, repeatable successful prints, great print bases and just fantastic customer support. They answer quickly and positively every time. I have yet to read their email and wince and that says a lot for a Chinese supplier.
