The machine is simple to use and is very well constructed. I have run this machine continuously on large prints for more than 30 hours without a glitch. Most importantly customer support is very helpful and it is easy and quick to get replacement parts. I worked as a CNC machinist and the ability to repair a machine is a critical characteristic of any piece of manufacturing equipment. I may buy another machine.

I own 9 Qidi Tech printers and would recommend them to anyone; either hobbyist or pro. The customer service is first class and the availability of spare parts is outstanding.

This is my 4th 3d-printer and so far the best. I bought it almost a year ago and have been using it pretty much every day, and quite often overnight. Unlike the previous ones, I never have to baby-sit the X-plus: leave a job to the printer, it finishes the assignment nicely then automatically goes to sleep. Not only the printer looks professional, behaves professional, it also comes with superb tech support! Last week, my printer suddenly shut off when I was replacing the filament. I checked the fuse, dug around the internet for clue, nothing helped. Out of desperation, I sent an email to QiDi. To my surprise, I got a response from Sophia (QiDi X-plus tech support) within 12 hours! After a couple of days of debugging following her instructions, I was told that the main board was shot. Then it came the pleasant surprise: give us your order number and shipping address, we will ship you a replacement for free. The replacement came today (within a week of my 1st email to QiDi!). I put it on following the detailed installation instruction from Sophia, boom! X-Plus is working again. I highly recommend the QiDi X-Plus to anyone who wants a 3D printer, for fun, for hobby, or for serious work.

The X-plus is the best printer I had so far (tried 3 other brands before). It is ready to go out of the box. I had question that was immediately answered by customer support. Highly recommended product and factory.

i am very pleased with this machine. first off it has printed everything i have asked it to. only problems i have run into are human error and bad filament. do not buy the cheap stuff. so far everything about this product has been easy to use. seriously plug and play and print. they include everything. nothing bad to say. have had it over 2 months now. i have probably printed over 40 things, some more then 8 hrs printing for one project. it did clog once, i followed a video that was step by step and fix the problem. i have contacted support twice on little things and they have come back right away with a successful answer each time. ** UPDATED ** have had two issues with the machine.. BOTH HUMAN ERROR.. this machine has performed flawlessly when the human isnt messing things up. filament 4 different rolls, one diameter was to small and gave me some issue. not the machine fault. easy fix.. Support once again right away with answers and solutions. i can not stress that all i did was plug this machine in and with some knowledge in photoshop was off printing. the learning curve on some of the other programs are a little steep but everything has a tutorial. if you have previous experience in any graphic program you will hit the door running with this thing no doubt.**UPDATE AGAIN *** 5 months in.. i managed to zap the motherboard .. i dont even know if its still under warrenty but they sent me a new motor and a new motherboard with in 5 days.. i mean i cant say enough about the support. its amazing..

I ordered the X-Plus and its exactly as described. Ive been printing PLA with it and it does amazing. The image attached is one thing that I printed. Its a 28mm tall figure and the small details look even better in person. The customer support team is fantastic and replies quickly. I had an issue where the supports werent showing up in the slicing software provided with the printer, but I knew that it was something wrong on my end. Linda was extremely helpful and took me step-by-step on how to pinpoint the issue and properly resolve it. Like I thought, it was an operator error (something on my end) and its working perfectly now.

To me, this printer was worth the price. The design and quality of this printer are exceptional. I use it almost daily to make items for my students and the only time a print failed was because I did not double-check a setting. I have used a ton of different quality filaments and every print has come out great with the right settings. This printer is great for anyone wanting to get into 3d printing or even for a classroom. Great for a person new or a 3d printer vet.

After a lot of research and friends consultations I decided to get this printer, based on price, features, printing materials and support (based on the reviews here). I have not had a chance to contact support, so I cannot comment on that, but everything else surprised me positively. Getting up and running was a breeze and I’ve been printing a variety of things almost daily. I’m not an expert, so I cannot really compare with other printers, but this ones is really amazing. The only complaint I’d have is that it’s not particularly fast, but again, I don’t know how fast it should be, so it might just be normal. I’m very happy I chose this one.

I bought this product since the rating is very good for too many people. This was not wrong. As Im an expert on 3d printer I cannot tell this is absolutely good. However, I choose this because web-based printing is too expensive. Im dependent heavily on technical support and their support is really good. This time my filament got broken and after having tried several attempts to fix failed one. They sent a replacement right away. I appreciate for this and hopefully, they build a more robust products so that they dont lose money.

This is my first 3D printer. I researched and narrowed my purchase options to a couple of printers within my budget. When I saw the X-Plus on sale that was the deciding factor. The printer is solidly built and heavy. Packaging was excellent. I was printing an included test print within 1-2 hours after starting unboxing. Over the past few weeks I have probably put 100+ hours on the printer. Auto off is a great feature when starting a print late at night. I have used both PLA and PETG filament successfully. I had a minor issue with touchscreen responsiveness so I emailed Qidi support. They responded within 12 hours with an attached video showing what to do to resolve the issue. Customer Support is excellent and very responsive.
