> 3 dayIve been wanting a 3D printer for years. Finally made the jump and snagged this as my first printer and I couldnt be happier with it. Love being able to print a wide range of filament right out of the box. The flexible build plate is awesome, makes getting prints off so easy. Since im new to 3D printing, I had various questions that popped up during the first few weeks, and I emailed Qidis CS and theyre super quick on responding. They also send videos to help you answer some of your questions, which is super helpful for someone new like me, including helping you if you have a print that youre not sure how to dial in. Ive used PLA, PLA+, PETG, ABS, and TPU in this printer so far and it hasnt skipped a beat.

Greater than one weekWorked almost perfectly out of the box. Initially I had a problem with adhesion with different PLA brand on Amazon, but I called the customer support and they were very helpful to set up the Fast Leveling settings. Prints perfectly once you have the right temperature and leveling, has a very good resolution quality prints.

> 3 dayI got the product. Shortly it broke. There is no phone number to contact anyone. It is a useless piece of metal. They responded to the email after the email, responding only through emails with instructions that doesnt work.

Greater than one weekI was very pleased with my previous printer, but it died, no local spare parts nor a local representative, any response from manufacturer support takes many days and they have no good answers just routine answers which simply don’t help, nor they have spare parts (manufacturers stock!), so I started looking for an alternative and that’s when I first heard about QIDI. I read every possible review and saw every existing video describing the printer and decided to purchase an X-PLUS. I spoke to the local agent and he was very kind and professional but asked for twice the price on Amazon and that led me to decide where to purchase. I placed an order and waited a long time. I contacted Amazon customer service several times, I did not get any good answer, a real disappointment, then I canceled the order and placed a new one, only this time I selected a more expensive delivery option. Four days later (!!) the printer was on my desk and even though I knew it should come with spare parts and accessories which normally you would have to purchase separately, everything arrived, and everything worked perfectly. But, because like everyone else I do not read the user manual, all sorts of problems arose and I turned to support. Honestly, I have never seen such a thing before, immediate, complete answers, reasonable spare parts pricing, high-level English, what can I say, a pure pleasure. I still do not know enough about the printer and its features but am under the impression that everything I have read is true, and to be honest, with such customer service, who cares even if it is not perfect.

> 3 dayHello, I am a 3D artist/animator working in film/television and I was looking to expand into 3D printing and product design/prototyping. This was my first foray into 3D printing. I did my research and found the Qidi brand to be a great balance of price/capabilities. So I bought the product and also found out they have great support. I have had many back-and-forths with their customer service and they are prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. 3D printing and design is never going to Easy. But I have learned a lot in the past few months since using the Qidi Plus and Linda at Qidi Tech Support has been a big reason why I am having the success that I am now. I hope to be launching my products soon. Some cool features of the Qidi that I really like are: 1. The ability to be enclosed or not 2. The detachable build-plate 3. Wide range of materials can be used I highly recommend this product and this company.

> 3 dayThis printer comes with everything you need to make professional-quality prints. About two weeks ago, I bought another printer made by Creality. Im sure it was a decent printer, but Ill never know because it was DOA. Their customer service department was rude and unprofessional. If that printer has worked Id probably still have it, but it worked out for the best - now I have a QIDI X-PLUS II, the highest rated printer for quality and customer service, even when compared to printers costing several hundred more. When the other printer was refunded, I sat down and read at least 50 reviews, and the reviews are what sold me. A friend recommended that printer that arrived DOA, after he read about my new printer - both on Amazon and third party reviews, he ordered a QIDI 3D printer, but one model up from mine. I have had the occasion to use QIDIs customer support and they are top notch. I had an issue with printing via WiFi, and they helped me resolve it with a firmware update. Just keep in mind, the support staff works during Chinas business hours, give them at most 12 hours to respond. Now the biggest problem Ive got is trying to decide what to print! There are public websites that host thousands of things to print, all under public-domain to print. I have already purchased Fusion 360, although its quite a bit above my skill-set, I will learn to print a rectangle before next year - or when I run out of cool, fun and useful things to print that I find online.

> 3 dayI have been using this printer every day for the last 8 months. I have to say it is very good quality and has great reliability. I had a small issue with the printer and it was solved very fast by their support department. I you have a issue their support department gets back to you very quick.. This is the printer to buy if you want a printer that works great out of the box and every day.

> 3 dayThis printer is awesome... incredible print quality, and the range of materials due to the high temp capabilities is another big plus for me. Tech support is good and they have videos/detailed instructions for most operations and common problems. They are based out of China so direct communication may not always be completely fluent, but not bad. For the money especially this printer is hard to beat.

> 3 dayI was skeptical when searching for my first 3D printer and saw most of QIDI printers have 5 star reviews on Amazon. In my mind, this is just not possible at the time when the 3D printer market is so competitive and there are so many other low cost printers, but X-Plus came to the top of my list and I wanted to give it a try. I picked X-Plus because its size, look and included software. At that time, I didnt want to use other 3rd party slicing softwares. X-Plus is printable right out of the box, I was quite surprised. Three months later, this printer has accumulated over 1000 hours of print time, its almost non-stop. Ive gone through at least 3 nozzle changes(they actually could last longer I believe). There was one time the extruder was jammed due to tangled filament. I was able to get it back to working condition after watching the videos in the USB drive. The parts just make sense to take apart and put together over and over, I didnt frustrate at all. Now that I am more conformable with the printer and software, I actually moved on the use the latest CURA software and the results came out even better if you know what youre doing. Its not too hard to learn some tricks on Youtube. QIDIs support is just amazing. I received response usually the next day, and you can tell they really try to help you with with clear directions. I feel like the company is fully behind their product and I am comfortable to purchase more of their products down the road, like their new resin printer.
