These sliding door locks are made in China. The instructions were clear and made this easy to install. Only thing required is making sure the device is facing the right direction, removing the piece from the sticker, and putting the lock in place. The device is easy to open and close by pressing on the sides and allowing the middle piece to pop up or push down. It was able to stop my heavy sliding glass door from opening up past this point. With the lock closed, the door is able to slide past it smoothly. I feel a little more secure having this in place and will be nice to stop kids from playing around with the door so much.

I used these on my vertical windows to prevent accidental falls from the 2nd floor and to keep little hands inside downstairs. My toddler son has figured out every lock weve put on anything, including the locks and slide clips that came standard on my windows. So far these have stumped him. They are super sturdy and easy to install.

I use it on my sliding glass door and it works exactly as it’s designed to. My toddler isn’t rough, but he has tried to open the door with this in place and he was not able to/it remained on the door without issue. The only thing that would make it better is if the design (color/style) was more inconspicuous. It probably goes without saying, but just make sure you have clearance between the sliding and stationary door because while slim, it does have a profile to it.

I got this to put it in our window so my my children won’t open the window in the summer or winter while the AC or heating escape. I think also it keep thief away from your house it might be a little hard for them to go to your house.

I like to crack my sliding door but my dogs tend to lean on my screen so I use this to open it just enough for air flow and only their noses to poke through and give the air a sniff. They attach easily, are sturdy enough and are easily removable. Nice solution to my issue.

I got these to use in my motor home as one of my closet door locks broke. This applied easily and works, it stops the sliding door, it is easy to use. I have also applied to a window in my home for the added security.

There is nothing to complain about works great for my patio door.

I have a patio door that slides on the outside, so I cant add a board to block the door from opening while we are away. These worked great to add a little more security for us. They just stick to the glass, but they have pretty good hold power. Easy to operate when needed.
