Was a Great remastered Albums .. The Demo tapes was great to hear how they went about making the songs an insight you rarely hear from the Beatles.. The remastered Album stays with the Original but bringing in the sounds you dont hear or hardly hear on the original & doesnt get carried away.. The Photos ect included are great too..

The extra material (Esher demos, outtakes) are only on the CDs. For the money, they should have been provided in hi-res audio on the blu ray disc (as was done in the great Lennon Imagine set).

Everyones said everything,suffice to say that I love the design of this, the hardback book is perfect.The music is a revelation,loads of stuff Ive never heard and im happy that I now have.The original album for me does now sound great.Nothing to complain about here.If you want it,buy it,if you dont,then dont.

Awesome Box Set.

I stood over a stereo console listening to this the first day it was released in the 60s. Today, with shaking hands I opened my AMAZON shipping box to see the masterpiece of celebration for this incredible work of music. First off, if you are a BEATLES fan, the money to buy this should mean nothing. YES, it IS expensive, but for me, its date night expense. Dinner and a movie, and some live music at a club. Its a concert ticket.

I could not believe it would exceed my expectations, great mixing, packaging, the best ever album re-edited to his perfection, and the extra CDs are a mesmerizing source of surprises

Wer sich diese Box für über 100 Euro kauft, weiß, was er tut. Er wird das „Weiße Album“ bereits mindestens einmal zu Hause haben und einen positiven Bezug dazu haben. Ich habe eine Vinyl-Ausgabe aus den 80ern (meine erste Begegnung), die CD-Ausgabe von 2009 und die Mono-Vinyl-Ausgabe aus der 2014er-Box im Musikzimmer. Die Esher-Aufnahmen habe ich auf einer Bootleg-CD.
