> 3 dayThis vacuum has been super convenient to use in my 500ish square foot apartment. The battery isnt the most capacious ever, so I would want something different for a larger place. The suction is not astounding on my perfect rug but, again, the square footage Im dealing with doesnt make it a good consequence. I have two major pet peeves: 1. There is nothing in place to cut / deal with longer hairs, and the rollers get tangled pretty easily 2. I have to clean the filter more than I would like. I would say every 2 - 3 weeks, vacuuming 2 - 3 times a week. Performance-wise, though - great for small dwellings.

Greater than one weekWell folks. I could be here saying thats the best in the world and bla bla bla. But no. This vacuum cleaner Tineco does the same exact thing the Dyson does. The difference is the price. Half of the price you can buy a Tineco S11 and you will be very happy. Dont forget to buy the accessory for the hard floor. The one that comes with is more for the carpets. So far I m very happy with him. Light weight and silent. I was about to buy the Dyson but thank God I didnt. My option made me very happy and I saved 350 dollars. Dont be afraid to buy it.

> 3 dayI would like to start with the fact that I absolutely loved this vacuum when I first set it up and used it. The suction and overall ease of use is great. BUT. The battery life is terrible and it only lasted a few minutes.. the first time using it. Backstory: After originally taking it out of the box and setting it up, I let it charge for about an hour or two before using it. I then took it off the dock to use it for the first time and it died after a few min. I thought, ok, maybe I didn’t let it charge long enough. I put it back on the charger to charge for another 4 hours, took it off to try using it again and had the same issue. I was frustrated but wanted to give it another chance, so I detached the battery from the vacuum entirely and put it on the extra battery charging dock, made sure the charging lights showed it was charging, and let it charge up overnight and throughout the next morning (easily over 12 hours of charging). When i went to use it again today, I made sure the dustbin and everything was empty and all parts were clean and ready to go. This only made a small difference, as the battery only lasted for about 15-20 min before dying again. I didn’t even get to finish just my downstairs floors on a full charge. They are also hardwood so it’s not having to used extra sucking power like it would on carpet. I have talked to Amazon once, and the manufacturer customer service twice. Amazon wants me to return the whole thing entirely instead of issuing me a new battery like I requested - which is just a huge hassle and inconvenience-, and the manufacturer is making it as difficult as possible to just get a replacement battery sent. Overall - this has not been the best purchase experience. I love how this vacuum works and want to give it the benefit of the doubt that maybe it’s just a faulty battery, but the process of trying to get it resolved/get a battery replacement almost makes it not worth it. The battery is supposed to last at least 40 min and it doesn’t even last half of that. I can say that I used it on auto-max which does drain the battery faster, but a 15-20 min battery life is not acceptable no matter the case, auto max or not. I could get away with not using auto max on hardwood, but you have to use it on carpet (which is what I have upstairs) and you can’t even finish all of your floors in that small amount of time. I’m hoping for good news and to see a difference with a new battery once I can finally get one.

> 3 dayUnit died after 4 months and out of warranty. It has clean brand new filters and battery, but will no longer turn on. Used it for general maintenance. Now its a an expensive lemon. Update: Contacted Customer Service and product was actually under warranty. Following some troubleshooting, determined the motor unit was defective. They replaced the motor unit and unit is working as described. Appreciate the quick turnaround and love the product for my hardwood floors.

> 3 dayVery easy to use, good suction, and a nice variety of attachments. I have used primarily on hard floors. It’s so much easier than a vacuum with a cord!

> 3 dayThis is a great vacuum, great suction, nice attachments, I like the free standing ability. I would but it again. Better than my Dyson, the real test will be how long it lasts before parts start breaking. It is on the heavier side which I would say is its biggest fault. I do like how it makes the battery last longer by sensing more dirt then it uses more suction. Battery at max speed lasts about 20 min, using it with the sensing ability about 50 minutes give or take depending on the amount of dirt you have to pick up. The wireless ability is just a gimmick and Im a teckkie... you play with it the first couple times and then forget it. All in all it cleans nice, gives your arm a workout, would buy again.

> 3 dayI’m in absolute love with this vacuum! It is so easy to use, it does an incredible job cleaning and I like that you can click a button and make it go into max mode for those high traffic areas. We have two dogs that shed a lot and the head light helps illuminate the dirt, dust and hair on the floor so you can make sure you get it all. The only down sides is the trash container is small and with two dogs that means a few extra trips to the trash to empty it. But thankfully it’s super easy to empty. Also that handle is a little heavy because of the battery and trash canister but it’s still lighter than our Kirby.

> 3 dayI bought this for quick cleanups and found that I use it a lot more than I thought I would. Runs longer than expected and the suction is very good.
