> 3 dayLove this vacuum. So much easier to use than a bulky corded one! I’m very happy with this and highly recommend.

> 3 dayIve had my Shark Rocket corded stick for about 4 years. As much as Ive loved it, I really wanted to upgrade to something cordless with better attachments. The design, packaging and quality all exceeded my expectations. For context, I have a very small house that usually takes 20 minutes to fully vacuum. Its all vinyl wood with three area rugs, two very low pile (washable) and one a longer shag length rug. I also have two dogs, short haired, that do shed, but their hair doesnt really stick to anything so its always been easy to vacuum. Cons: - poor suction, unable to pick up small crumbs just under the stove or fridge. - Battery did not seem to last as long as it should and took longer to charge than specified. - Carpet picky. Of my three area rugs, only one vacuumed up well and the vacuum seemed to make no progress on the others. - Difficult to disconnect the parts. Pros: - Good maneuverability. - Great array of attachments included - lightweight and sleek design - docking to charge was simple and the option for a spare battery was nice. Ultimately, I opted to return and try something else. Comparing this vacuum to the one Ive owned for 4+ years I felt like there had to be something better out there.

> 3 dayMost times, instructions I find for assembly are insufficient. With his vacuum I think they are overwhelming. I was not expecting have to guess which of the numerous models fall under the same letters. I could not figure where some parts should go. A friend found that not all parts are used in the unit I got. I am disabled-- but not dumb. Once assembled I found the vacuum to be well made and performed very well. If it were easier to assemble I would have given it a higher rating. Highly recommend.

11-06-2025I never write reviews, but I will cause this was the smartest decision we made since we got a white husky malamute added to our house. Never experienced greatness until I could voluntarily vacuum ten times a day with no complaints. Great customer service too!

> 3 dayThis vacuum makes it so easy to clean. Very lightweight and the battery lasts a long time. BUT my absolute favorite thing about it is the anti-tangle technology. I had long hair that sheds like crazy.. I used to have to cut my hair out of other vacuums often. Not with this vacuum though! I think ive cut out less than 20 strands the entire time Ive owned it. Its amazing.

> 3 dayAfter a few uses, it stopped working. The suction was low and it would spit things out when you turned it off. I was shocked. I posted a bad review and was immediately contacted by the company with some details about how to troubleshoot. Ill admit, I had a chip on my shoulder that I had cleaned it really well and that it was just broken. But then I realized there were two filters and I hadnt pulled out the inner filter. This was clogged. I had overlooked it. Then I realized there was this added attachment that you can put the filter into (you get two filters when you buy this and one of them is in this attachment) and you do teh max suction and turn the attachment and it cleans out that filter. I also washed and dried it. Ta-Da! Now it works again. So Im changing this from a 1 rating to a 3 rating. The reason Im not going higher is because I still am a little less than impressed with its suction. I was using this in my car since its such a nice easy cordless handheld as well, but it just wasnt really strong enough. I also cant believe how quickly it got clogged and needed to be cleaned, so that will be a weekly if not daily occurrence to avoid losing that suction. I may up to this to a 4 star if I feel it continues to function properly, but for now I want to give it some time and see how well it works. So for anyone reading the reviews about loss of suction, keep in mind that those people maybe didnt take the steps to clean both the inner and top filter. Its a small space and can get clogged easily.

Greater than one weekIt was easy to install once I ascertained where the studs in the wall were. I like that I can hang it together instead of separating the two pieces. Not all of the tools stay on though the way that its designed once its hanging. Although it is an adequate vacuum and seems to do a good job and recognize the need for more section when necessary, it is rather time-consuming to clean the filter every time. Also I have a 2500 square foot house and I basically can do one room at a time then empty it and clean it let it dry and do another room so its kind of a pain. The battery stays charged strongly for about 20 minutes after that it begins to decrease suction quite fast and takes roughly an hour to recharge. Being able to use it in the car and other places without a cord tangling everything is a big plus. Its fairly lightweight although somebody say my mothers age would not do well using this vacuum for long because it gets heavier with use is your arms tire out. It would be nice if they added a bag that you can hang on the wall mount to hold the other head and attachments so that you dont take a chance on losing them. All in all after trying six other vacuums Im most happy with this one but honestly if I can shop in 1980 I would have a better time getting a vacuum that would last longer and do more without having to be constantly cleaned and changed. If youre looking to be conscientious and dont mind taking a half hour at the end of vacuuming to clean then this is the vacuum for you. It would be great for an apartment I think more so than a house unless you buy more than one. Also it does a very good job on pet hair.

> 3 dayVery happy with my purchase ( a Wirecutter’s recommendation) but the battery life is not long enough to last me a few hours without putting it back on the charging station.

> 3 dayI have a A11 hero which I bought several years ago. It has worked beautifully; however, I now own a dog who is a shedder. I needed something stronger. From my previous experience, another Tineco was a for sure. My new has much stronger suction and is picking up dog hair just great. The design is very similar to my previous vacuum. Being familiar with the design made it so much easier to get the vacuum up and running quickly.

> 3 dayI would like to start with the fact that I absolutely loved this vacuum when I first set it up and used it. The suction and overall ease of use is great. BUT. The battery life is terrible and it only lasted a few minutes.. the first time using it. Backstory: After originally taking it out of the box and setting it up, I let it charge for about an hour or two before using it. I then took it off the dock to use it for the first time and it died after a few min. I thought, ok, maybe I didn’t let it charge long enough. I put it back on the charger to charge for another 4 hours, took it off to try using it again and had the same issue. I was frustrated but wanted to give it another chance, so I detached the battery from the vacuum entirely and put it on the extra battery charging dock, made sure the charging lights showed it was charging, and let it charge up overnight and throughout the next morning (easily over 12 hours of charging). When i went to use it again today, I made sure the dustbin and everything was empty and all parts were clean and ready to go. This only made a small difference, as the battery only lasted for about 15-20 min before dying again. I didn’t even get to finish just my downstairs floors on a full charge. They are also hardwood so it’s not having to used extra sucking power like it would on carpet. I have talked to Amazon once, and the manufacturer customer service twice. Amazon wants me to return the whole thing entirely instead of issuing me a new battery like I requested - which is just a huge hassle and inconvenience-, and the manufacturer is making it as difficult as possible to just get a replacement battery sent. Overall - this has not been the best purchase experience. I love how this vacuum works and want to give it the benefit of the doubt that maybe it’s just a faulty battery, but the process of trying to get it resolved/get a battery replacement almost makes it not worth it. The battery is supposed to last at least 40 min and it doesn’t even last half of that. I can say that I used it on auto-max which does drain the battery faster, but a 15-20 min battery life is not acceptable no matter the case, auto max or not. I could get away with not using auto max on hardwood, but you have to use it on carpet (which is what I have upstairs) and you can’t even finish all of your floors in that small amount of time. I’m hoping for good news and to see a difference with a new battery once I can finally get one.
