Greater than one weekThis is easy to put together and works well. I dont think it has the suction for a really heavy mess, but all in all, I love it. What surprised me is how really quiet it is. At first, I thought it wasnt working. This is a winner.

> 3 daySo much fun, my husband does all the vacuuming now and loves it. Best part is seeing how much dust and fur we pick up every day. Our house has never been cleaner.

> 3 dayLove this vac. I can feel when the suction changes-when increasing. Love that you see the level of dirt. I have long blonde hair and a dog-theres no wrapping the beater bar. Any other vac the beater bar has my hair all wrapped up, not this.

Greater than one weekUnit died after 4 months and out of warranty. It has clean brand new filters and battery, but will no longer turn on. Used it for general maintenance. Now its a an expensive lemon. Update: Contacted Customer Service and product was actually under warranty. Following some troubleshooting, determined the motor unit was defective. They replaced the motor unit and unit is working as described. Appreciate the quick turnaround and love the product for my hardwood floors.

> 3 daySlightly heavier than my previous very basic cordless vacuum, but much more performant. Pleasing to use. A nice choice of attachments — I use a good number of them regularly. Good dock. After a few months the battery developed a defect. I registered the vacuum on Tinecos web site (the hardest thing is finding the serial number — its not the number on the battery, but rather a sticker inside the vacuum, that you can only see once you remove the dust container!). Anyhow, after registering, I sent a short video (under 20 seconds) showing the problem (the battery blinking red and not charging), and Tineco shipped me a new battery (arrived in 2-3 days), no questions asked.

Greater than one weekThis vacuum is lightweight and convenient, especially for someone with a multiple-story home. I have a Dyson animal ball vac which does an amazing job; unfortunately it’s very heavy to carry up and down the stairs and as someone with tendinitis it can be quite uncomfortable lugging around a full size vac. After doing multiple searches and research into cordless stick vacs, I chose this one. It has good suction, great filtration, and is easy to use. The one caveat I would add, and the reason for four out of five stars, is the fact that I find it difficult to push on textured carpets. Even using the multi-purpose head does not help. I have two area rugs in my home that are the popular “antique look.” They both have a raised design rather than a low profile and the vacuum head “skips” or has difficulty moving forward , but not when I pull it back towards me. I called the number listed in the manual for customer support, hoping that they would be able to offer some advice. Instead I found that the person could barely speak English and I’m pretty sure did not understand my question or the problem . That being said, I like the vacuum and I am going to keep it, but I will be keeping my Dyson for the once a week deep cleaning.

Greater than one weekWe purchased the Tineco Pure One Tango cordless wifi vacuum last Black Friday, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the device. The suction is great, and it’s so lightweight to handle. No electrical cords to deal with. Picks up all the bits, dog hair, debris, the floors are all super clean from carpet, tile, and stone. In February 2023 for some reason it stopped working. Instead of returning it to Amazon (there’s a message on the device to please call them first) so ok, I called the company for assistance. They were so very courteous and helpful, diagnosed the problem, sent us the replacement part at no charge within a week, and we are back to being very happy customers. Their customer service spoke to us on the phone, communicated with us through email, SMS, everything possible to make certain we were pleased. I would absolutely recommend this company and this device hands down. 10 plus star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

> 3 dayI did a TON of research about different vacuums before deciding to buy this one. Im the kind of person to do extensive research before a big purchase and this vacuum hit all my marks. It is a really good vacuum, and I dont regret buying it at all. However, there are both good and bad things about it. I live in an apartment with both hard floors and carpet and I have a cat. I wanted a vacuum that was good on all floors and was good with pet hair. This vacuum is VERY good with pet hair. My cat sheds like crazy. Every time I use this thing, it picks up a lot. Its good with carpet and hard floors but sometimes the wheels dont rotate enough and theres a little bit of scratching on the hard floors. I dont mind it, though. Its not very often and not intense. The vacuum is relatively quiet compared to others Ive owned and being so small, its easy to store. It doesnt get very close to edges or corners but the plethora of add-ons really help with that. Just snap on the thin nozzle and corners are clean. Its pretty lightweight and and I LOVE the switch that keeps the trigger down for you because after holding down on it for ten minutes, my finger starts to hurt. The charging station (see image) works fine on the floor. As a renter, I was worried Id have to bolt it to a wall. You do not have to. While the small thing is pretty powerful, Id call this a good apartment vacuum. I dont think Id use it to clean a whole house, too much space and the battery can run down low easily. I do 5-10 minutes twice a week and after about two weeks it needs recharging. Supposedly theres an app you can get with this vacuum? Havent touched it. Not necessary. Now, some of the complaints. This vacuum requires *maintenance*. I have long hair and if I dont cut out the hair after a few uses, the vacuum goes nuts with extra suction. In addition, the dust sensor essentially just tracks how much suction the vacuum thinks it needs to use to pick up dirt. That being said, I have found this vacuum does NOT work on my bathroom rug or thick carpets which might easily create a suction problem. The entire dust sensor lights up red and the vacuum has a little panic attack. Better on standard or flat carpets or hard floors. DEFINITELY follow all the maintenance and cleaning rules. After having the vacuum about a month, I was wondering why it suddenly using lots more suction and causing a fit. The pre-filter in the vacuum was ridden with dust and needed to be washed, but thats on me. Problem mostly cleared up after that. Definitely empty the dust collector after every use and you may need to reach inside to pull out clumps of hair or fuzz. If the vacuum does have a problem (ie extra suction, not spinning, stuck on floor) I give it a good clean, remove any hair, and turn it off and on. That seems to do the trick. Overall, I like this vacuum and its good for an apartment with a cat. Its not perfect and a little pricey but splitting it three ways with my roommates makes it worth it. Happy with my purchase!

> 3 dayWe love This vacuum cleaner. It does the job. It stays charged long enough to get your cleaning completed.
