I needed a lightweight vacuum to do my stairs, and this was perfect! The battery last long enough to vacuum two full floors (about 2500 sq ft). The canister doesn’t hold a lot, so does require frequent emptying. I do appreciate the indicator that tells you when the canister is getting full and the clear indicator of battery left.

Bought this to replace an old corded electric broom. Purchase choice was based solely on the Consumer Reports reviews. Well packaged and easy to assemble. Owners manual is clear. The unit is lightweight but appears well engineered to do what it is intended. I immediately ordered two more prefilters and a spare battery which fits on top of the wall mounted charging station. I will not use the phone app. its a vacuum cleaner, people! August 24. I have now been using the Timeco almost daily as it is SO HANDY. I mounted the charging station just outside the door to the garage and it is handy and always ready to use. I routinely vacuum up kitchen crumbs, debris tracked in on the rugs, and so on. I have cleaned miniblinds with it. The attachments work well and fit directly onto the hand unit or you can attach them to the long wand. We used to own an expensive Miele canister vac ($1200!!) that was over-engineered and so clunky and heavy to use IMO. The Tineco vac is thoughtfully engineered, lightweight and well balanced and very easy to use. My only regret is not getting one of these sooner. Get one of these! April 2023 update. Vac has been working great with almost daily use. We used to vacuum everything at once with a corded vac but now we can just grab the vac off the charging station and do the bit that needs vacuuming. A very nice feature I forgot to mention earlier is the circular indicator on top of th motor. This circular blue ring will partially change to red as the unit detects moire dirt being vacuumed. You can be vacuuming a carpet and observe the indicator as it turns red. Continue vacuuming the same spot and the red will reced back to blue. I have found this to be very useful. I clean the pre filter after every bin empty since you have to remove the prefilter anyway in order to relace the bin emptying hatch. Simply pop in the other clean prefilter (you get two) and use the T-shaped prefilter cleaner to clean the dirty one.

Just as heavy and non-ergonomic as my last Dyson v6. Much MUCH quieter. Excellent suction and cleaning quality. Slightly less maneuverability/flexibility but overall great. Haven’t tried the app yet, probably could have gotten the A-series instead of the S-series because I really don’t plan to.

I did a TON of research about different vacuums before deciding to buy this one. Im the kind of person to do extensive research before a big purchase and this vacuum hit all my marks. It is a really good vacuum, and I dont regret buying it at all. However, there are both good and bad things about it. I live in an apartment with both hard floors and carpet and I have a cat. I wanted a vacuum that was good on all floors and was good with pet hair. This vacuum is VERY good with pet hair. My cat sheds like crazy. Every time I use this thing, it picks up a lot. Its good with carpet and hard floors but sometimes the wheels dont rotate enough and theres a little bit of scratching on the hard floors. I dont mind it, though. Its not very often and not intense. The vacuum is relatively quiet compared to others Ive owned and being so small, its easy to store. It doesnt get very close to edges or corners but the plethora of add-ons really help with that. Just snap on the thin nozzle and corners are clean. Its pretty lightweight and and I LOVE the switch that keeps the trigger down for you because after holding down on it for ten minutes, my finger starts to hurt. The charging station (see image) works fine on the floor. As a renter, I was worried Id have to bolt it to a wall. You do not have to. While the small thing is pretty powerful, Id call this a good apartment vacuum. I dont think Id use it to clean a whole house, too much space and the battery can run down low easily. I do 5-10 minutes twice a week and after about two weeks it needs recharging. Supposedly theres an app you can get with this vacuum? Havent touched it. Not necessary. Now, some of the complaints. This vacuum requires *maintenance*. I have long hair and if I dont cut out the hair after a few uses, the vacuum goes nuts with extra suction. In addition, the dust sensor essentially just tracks how much suction the vacuum thinks it needs to use to pick up dirt. That being said, I have found this vacuum does NOT work on my bathroom rug or thick carpets which might easily create a suction problem. The entire dust sensor lights up red and the vacuum has a little panic attack. Better on standard or flat carpets or hard floors. DEFINITELY follow all the maintenance and cleaning rules. After having the vacuum about a month, I was wondering why it suddenly using lots more suction and causing a fit. The pre-filter in the vacuum was ridden with dust and needed to be washed, but thats on me. Problem mostly cleared up after that. Definitely empty the dust collector after every use and you may need to reach inside to pull out clumps of hair or fuzz. If the vacuum does have a problem (ie extra suction, not spinning, stuck on floor) I give it a good clean, remove any hair, and turn it off and on. That seems to do the trick. Overall, I like this vacuum and its good for an apartment with a cat. Its not perfect and a little pricey but splitting it three ways with my roommates makes it worth it. Happy with my purchase!

This is my first cordless vacuum, but I have been quite impressed with it for the price I paid (I got it on sale for Prime day). Battery life is very good when letting it auto-adjust the suction, and at max mode it does a fantastic job getting cat hair out of my carpets. The accessories it came with cover all of my needs so far as well. The only con for me is that edge performance with the main vacuum head is pretty lackluster: the beater bar and suction dont quite extend to the edge, so there is an eighth of an inch or so next to the wall that just never gets as clean unless I use the crevice tool or something to really vacuum those edges. Overall though its working well for me and I would recommend it. I have two cats, and with a robot vacuum to help me keep up with the fur tumbleweeds and this for deeper cleaning/stairs/spot cleaning messes my needs are met and then some!

It is so quiet, which can be deceiving, but it sure is mighty powerful. I have used a few of the attachments as well. I like that the container part where it is emptied comes apart for easy cleaning.

I’m in absolute love with this vacuum! It is so easy to use, it does an incredible job cleaning and I like that you can click a button and make it go into max mode for those high traffic areas. We have two dogs that shed a lot and the head light helps illuminate the dirt, dust and hair on the floor so you can make sure you get it all. The only down sides is the trash container is small and with two dogs that means a few extra trips to the trash to empty it. But thankfully it’s super easy to empty. Also that handle is a little heavy because of the battery and trash canister but it’s still lighter than our Kirby.

Great vacuum with excellent power. I read a bunch of reviews before getting this one. Its a little more than i budgeted to spend but worth it. Great vacuum and happy we got it!

This vacuum has been super convenient to use in my 500ish square foot apartment. The battery isnt the most capacious ever, so I would want something different for a larger place. The suction is not astounding on my perfect rug but, again, the square footage Im dealing with doesnt make it a good consequence. I have two major pet peeves: 1. There is nothing in place to cut / deal with longer hairs, and the rollers get tangled pretty easily 2. I have to clean the filter more than I would like. I would say every 2 - 3 weeks, vacuuming 2 - 3 times a week. Performance-wise, though - great for small dwellings.

We bought this vacuum instead of the Dyson because this was highly-rated and available at a much lower cost. When we first got it, it was incredible. We could use it on both hardwood and carpets without an issue. It did a great job picking up dirt and particles. However, over time, the suction seems to have dropped off. Weve cleared and washed the filter to no avail. If you turn on max, then it works a bit better, but I would expect normal mode to provide sufficient suction. Im pleased with the build quality, but overall I am now unimpressed with the vacuum and would not recommend it.
