So far I’m really liking this vacuum. It has really great suction. Great for hardwood or solid surface flooring. I couldn’t believe how much dust and hair was on my supposedly “clean” floor. Attachments are great and easy to take on and off, and they actually lock in so they don’t randomly fall out. It does come with a couple of cons… For starters. That battery is capable, but it’s definitely not the best. It drains pretty quickly if max suction is turned on. Definitely recommend a second battery. Secondly, the power brush has no height adjustments. It makes it hard to vacuum on taller area rugs or carpet. In all I’m very impressed. Impressed enough to write an Amazon review which is saying a lot coming from me.

Initial concern was for handling it with a hand that has some issues. Moving on, it works great and I have adapted. Do wish it would stand on its own. Getting the dust bin off was a chore and directions not helpful. Came with a card that said one would get a special gift for registering. Have not seen anything yet.

So far I like the vacuum… but it came used with hair and dirt in the dust bin and a little hair in the brush roller. I definitely did not appreciate that. I have never had a cordless vacuum before so I can’t accurately compare battery life but for me it feels like you have to go in with a game plan before so you don’t waste time and run out of battery. It’s a little awkward because the bottom of the vacuum is practically weightless and the handheld part is like holding a dumbbell. Sort of feels cheap but it does work well in my opinion. I do not regret purchasing so far and I think it has met all my needs so far. (This will not replace a normal vacuum FYI) I bought this for my entry area which is constantly sandy and gross from two dogs who swim all day, a toddler, and a dirty husband, complete with a dirt driveway and road!

I have owned Dyson products for several years. The costs of Dyson products would indicate an exceptional level of quality, right? Not so, I find. Finally, after not being able to repair my current Dyson V11 any longer I have decided to look elsewhere. So, I thought I need to look for a better quality product. After reading a whole mess of reviews, I decided that Id get the Tineco Pure. Nowadays, the industry has certainly improved. I wanted to find a vacuum with a high level of quality and a reasonable cost. Im actually looking forward to vacuuming my floors. They are mostly hard surface with some area rugs. The Pure S11 handles the fur and particles my four cats and I leave laying around each day. The S11 handles things very well at a level equal to that of the Dyson. The product is better made in my opinion and repair parts are plentiful. The vacuum looks really nice and is so much lighter than the Dyson. And quiet? Amazingly so. The Dyson sounded like a small jet engine all the time, let alone on maximum suction. The Tineco doesnt even bother the cats. Im amazed. Issues are that the battery slowly wears down. It apparently does not hold a consistent charge during use. The suction gradually gets weaker the longer it runs. Another issue that is confusing to me is that it will attach itself to area rugs like a leach and to move the vacuum over the rug is quite difficult. Due to the suction. On my bathroom floor, it will really bog down over the linoleum. Its like it wants to attach itself to the floor. Over regular hard floors or carpet, it works fine. Cant explain this. Suggestions to Tineco: Make the trigger be for max suction when you need it. As an on/off switch, it is not very handy. The always on lever is much more useful. Either improve or discontinue the app. Not very helpful and very glitchy (I use an iPhone). If you are wondering, go for it. You, if you are a reasonable person, you will find it a pleasant experience.

For years, I had contemplated purchasing a cordless vacuum for light, everyday cleaning but couldn’t justify the purchase. Corded vacuums are the standard and more powerful, and we already owned a Roomba. Aside from the desire, there are so many options, and without trialing one, I couldn’t pull the trigger. Fast forward to a health issue + trip to visit a friend. As a result of the health issue, I began streamlining chores, and while visiting my friend, she had a Dyson for me to try. I wanted something that could handle evening cleaning and transition from wood to rugs effortlessly. As for the Dyson, it was powerful on boost and effortless to vacuum, but the battery life was lacking. Ergonomically, holding down the trigger the entire cleaning is exhausting. After returning home, I began researching again and came back to this model. I’ve heard others rave (via reviews and word-of-mouth) about this brand, and w/ being rated #1 in a few searches, I took the leap. Only regret: not doing so earlier. PROS: • Light • Easy to steer and swivel • Easy to empty canister • Long battery life (can clean approx. 2000 sq. ft. hardwood + rugs + outdoor doormats) • Picks up adequately on regular mode; more powerful and faster on boost • Picks up close to baseboards • Effortlessly change and remove parts while using • Can consistently use on one charge, even w/ boost • Trigger switch for constant mode vs. holding down to power • Don’t miss fighting cord • Bright light to see mess on floor • Aesthetically pleasing • Generous accessories CONS: • Difficulty picking up larger debri; need to lift vacuum and place over debri to suck up • Sometimes need to unscrew filter to fully empty canister — dirty • Extra battery an investment (approx. 1/5 of price of vacuum) • Doesn’t pick up well under furniture where there’s a small gap for crumbs; must switch attachment • Need to use second battery for “deeper,” longer cleanings • Must switch modes (regular vs. boost) depending on surface Despite any cons, the pros far outweigh them, and I’ve been very pleased w/ my purchase. It checks all the boxes and found I can do more than anticipated, including hitting the outdoor mats. Admittedly, I have not used it much on carpet, but in a pinch, it picks up little things I see if I happen to be using it near a bedroom; still primarily use corded vacuum for this job due to power. If you’re looking for a cordless vacuum for everyday cleaning, this is it. User-intuitive, light, powerful unit that makes cleaning faster and more efficient. Can’t recommend enough.

I love this cordless vacuum. It has been so handy for quick messes and clean ups from the kids to the dog. I have a short haired dog and plenty of dust and this vacuum holds up to both! It’s great for the couch and the extra attachments are great for different surfaces. I love the holder/docking station however it was a little challenging to hang. The location we chose didn’t have access to a stud for more secure hanging, and the small plastic wall anchors were not enough to support it. My husband ended up having to use a personal stash to better secure it. Despite these struggles I love that it stops charging once fully charged to avoid overcharging and it’s suction and battery life are great for quick clean ups and even in the bedrooms with low pile carpets!

It was easy to install once I ascertained where the studs in the wall were. I like that I can hang it together instead of separating the two pieces. Not all of the tools stay on though the way that its designed once its hanging. Although it is an adequate vacuum and seems to do a good job and recognize the need for more section when necessary, it is rather time-consuming to clean the filter every time. Also I have a 2500 square foot house and I basically can do one room at a time then empty it and clean it let it dry and do another room so its kind of a pain. The battery stays charged strongly for about 20 minutes after that it begins to decrease suction quite fast and takes roughly an hour to recharge. Being able to use it in the car and other places without a cord tangling everything is a big plus. Its fairly lightweight although somebody say my mothers age would not do well using this vacuum for long because it gets heavier with use is your arms tire out. It would be nice if they added a bag that you can hang on the wall mount to hold the other head and attachments so that you dont take a chance on losing them. All in all after trying six other vacuums Im most happy with this one but honestly if I can shop in 1980 I would have a better time getting a vacuum that would last longer and do more without having to be constantly cleaned and changed. If youre looking to be conscientious and dont mind taking a half hour at the end of vacuuming to clean then this is the vacuum for you. It would be great for an apartment I think more so than a house unless you buy more than one. Also it does a very good job on pet hair.

We’ve resorted to using an old bag vacuum instead of the Tineco one since the Tineco is so prone to clogging with hair and dust (2 long hair dogs, 3 cats). Since our house is mostly carpet, all of these hairs, dust, and crumbs get deep into the low-pile carpet and the Tineco struggles to get them out — mainly because it immediately gets clogged with pet and wife hair. The cleaning process is not as easy as you would hope either. There are lots of sharp edges inside the dust chamber that can be pretty uncomfortable when trying to get clogs out of the nozzle of the gun. I’ve also gotten a few clogs inside the extension tube and the carpet vacuum head itself. All of these require me to stop what I’m doing, take the vacuum apart including the head of the vacuum, remove all the dust and debris manually, and put it all back together again. I’m used to cleaning vacuums every once and awhile, but I’ve never had one that got clogged this much. The “auto-vacuum power” seems to also get confused. Sometimes it will detect the smallest thing and ramp up to full speed, sometimes I’ll vacuum up what seems like a whole bag of bread crumbs and it’ll stay at the lowest suction the entire time. Overall, I’d say this vacuum is probably *decent* if you have hard wood or low-pile carpet with pets that don’t shed… After this review I’m docking another star from the product. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this to any of my friends and encourage them to buy something stronger instead. ——Original 4 Star Review—— When it first arrived, this vacuum would suck up anything on the first pass. After a few months of use, (cleaning up after four pets) I’ve found that, even when fully cleaned, the vacuum is struggling to pick up things in the carpet or suck up things all the way into the canister. Overall, the charging dock and attachments are amazing. It’s super easy to hang up and charge. All the attachments are easy to replace and get the hard to reach spots with ease (stairs, trim, corners).

I am very happy with this vacuum. It works very well overall. It is very easy to maneuver and gets into tight spots quite well. It transitions very well from carpet to bare floor. I would rate it five stars overall except for a few, mostly minor, complaints: In addition to the main cleaning head, it has 4 accessories, but the wall mount only has space for 3 The unit can only be charged in the wall mount holder, you cannot plug a charger in directly The charger is underpowered; I put it on the charger as soon as I unpacked it (there was enough charge to test it out) and was not fully charged after four hours. The charger plug is proprietary, and I cannot substitute one of the numerous chargers I have accumulated over the years. The battery appears to be a proprietary design so I cannot substitute one of my 18v or 20v tool batteries. The vacuum only comes with one battery. A spare battery costs $150 which is approximately 2/3 the price of the whole vacuum Looking over this list I wonder if maybe it should be three stars??? Hope this helps

We had cheap vacumes that did not seem to do the job. This one is a bit more expensive but not too expensive. I really did my homework and we are happy with this unit for pets. no tangling on roller and messages and filter cleaning capability. Very high tech and vacumes well up to baseboards real good.
