> 3 dayThe product itself probably costs less than $0.25 to produce. So, I presume that its $50 price tag reflects the cost and maintenance of the website that supports it. But there is no technical support. I spent an entire afternoon setting this thing up, only to find that it is not recognized (by the system) during most iterations, i.e., it seems to get recognized about one in every dozen tries. And furthermore, the PIN pad is shuffled after every try. This is the type of frustration that makes me want to start smashing stuff! I dont know if my experience is typical, or if another wallet brand would be any different. Im waiting for my service ticket for a response - but that will take a week or so.

> 3 dayTheres a lot of good about the backend (open source, frequently upgraded firmware) of trezor devices.. but I have to say in terms of build quality Model One is severely lacking. Your $10 usb sticks feel more solid than this flimsy thing. The Trezor Suite is pretty horrendous as well. Thats where the exodus support really shines, after you setup your Trezor & enable the bridge, you dont have to go into to that garbage app anymore, which is why I have given more stars than I probably would have. If I wasnt obsessed with Exodus, Id probably get a ledger or something similar.

> 3 dayLove this unit so far. Ive put about $1000 worth of crypto on it so far, and feel very secure having it there. I went to buy another one for a good friend of mine, but the price had shot up between the time I bought mine and the time I went to buy the second one. I have long term plans for using this device, so I do hope they add support for some other currencies down the road. But Im very happy with it at the moment.

> 3 dayTrezor cold storage is a fantastic device and far more secure than storing crypto currencies on the web or on software wallet. Easy to setup. The web based software its great but, I have few complains: - The bitcoin wallet is far more informative then the other crypto currencies (Litecoin, Dash, ...). With bitcoin you can see the value of your bitcoin in dollar based on the current exchange value. There is nice chart that shows wallet value overtime. - All wallets list all transactions instead of paginating them, which is is very common situation when mining daily. The page loads slowly. The solution suggested by Trezor of moving funds to multiple wallets is not practical. - Ethereum is supported via third party wallet, not great. - Monero is not supported .... sight!

> 3 daySimple enough, and the new trezor suite makes it easier to use with Eth. However, the wallet is limeted on what coins it supports. Its fine for a few types but review the listing to make sure it will hold what you buy.

> 3 daygreat place to store Bitcoin and Ethereum, not much else (coin choices) are available to store on this version. I mean there are a few other coin options but not coins that make sense to be invested in. I here Ledger now offers hot trading through the FTX Exchange. My next storage device will be the Ledger. But do note, I love this Trezor for storing my Bitcoin and Ethereum - it is so easy to use

> 3 dayI like the software interface as well as the hardware. The only problem I have with this particular model that I should’ve done research on is what crypto I can store here, unlike the model t this doesn’t store xrp for example amongst other crypto. This is a solid option for cold storage, but i recommend you do your research to see if this will be compatible with what you want to store.

Greater than one weekDouble check which coins are compatible with each trezr version. I would have bought the more expensive one if I knew it would work with XMR
