great place to store Bitcoin and Ethereum, not much else (coin choices) are available to store on this version. I mean there are a few other coin options but not coins that make sense to be invested in. I here Ledger now offers hot trading through the FTX Exchange. My next storage device will be the Ledger. But do note, I love this Trezor for storing my Bitcoin and Ethereum - it is so easy to use

I have both Trezor and Ledger Nano S, I really prefer the Trezor over the Nano S. The initial setup is way less cumbersome with the Trezor, also, the Chrome apps and trezor bridge are easier to use than the Ledger ones, there is also no need to install any apps onto the hardware wallet itself, it just works with BTC and ETH out of the box. Upgrading the firmware on the Trezor is also way simpler than doing that on the Nano S. Overall I find myself using the Trezor a lot more and would definitely go with Trezor if I need more hardware wallets.

Its a solid product. Had to call support for Tampering. Could check your boxes. Any damage to the trezor seal, do not open. Contact trezor and have them send you a new one. Got a replacement within a week.

Really cool little device. In my opinion, probably as straightforward as possible for anyone new to bitcoin, but also very secure. I give five stars because I dont think there is anything better out there. In my opinion, it would be nice (maybe unrealistic) to see something made of aluminum so I dont feel nervous keeping this with my keys since its the perfect size, something waterproof, something a bit less expensive to lower the barrier of entry for anyone considering getting into digital currency, because no one considering buying a small amount of bitcoin to start will pay this much, and maybe restating how important it is to protect recovery seed. Maybe a mandatory tutorial or something.

I went to the Trezor website, to see if my crypto was supported, the website said yes. So I ordered a Trezor 1 hardware wallet. Once I installed it. I find out that its not supported. Beware of what is on the site. Super pissed off. Thanks a lot TREZOR!!!!!! The tech support is a total joke! Hal, the AI robot, gives you no answers If I could give you a -5 star review, I would

    Greater than one week

i was using a variety of wallets for my crypto and was even keeping some on exchanges. Bad idea. I thought this seemed expensive, but several people i know from the slack im in told me very nicely that i was being stupid, and I needed a hardware wallet, and they said Trezor was the best. Now that I have one and use it every day, I agree. It interfaces with Mycryptowallet too if you are into erc20 tokens. So much faster and safer than anything else I tried, and I have e mailed customer support twice when I first got it and they were very fast in responding,. Also very patient with answering the questions I had. Great product, great support.

Just got this device and the setup process and associated documentation is horrible! The instructions are to plug the device into a USB port and then go to trezor.io/start. On the device itself the screen just says please wait, and the trevor.io/start website has sections on how to enter a PIN. But there are no further instructions and no PIN screen appears on the PC (Im using a Windows 7 Pro OS). After some fiddling around, I discovered by random searching that the bridge software must be first downloaded. I downloaded and installed that, but running the installed .EXE does nothing. No windows open ... nothing at all happens. After unplugging the Trezor, plugging back in, restarting the bridge software, still nothing. Finally, after more snooping around, I stumbled upon a web page that said the devices ship without any firmware installed. This should be in big, red blinking font on trevor.io/start ... but is nowhere to be found on that web page, which also contains no other information on how to set up the device. You have to trial and error search around to discover how to actually get the PIN entered, then it is entered again, and finally the 24 recovery words are given. Once that process completes you can run the trezor wallet routine from the web browser (again, just trying things), and when I did that and got a device label entered, I get a message setup failed, with a message that the device was unplugged during the setup process (it wasnt). It does show an account but I have no idea if the setup process worked or not because of this error, and the lack of any organized setup documentation makes this thing worthless as far as I am concerned. I tossed it in the garbage for that reason and would suggest that anyone wanting a bitcoin wallet search elsewhere. If Trezor would create some setup documentation that actually applies to the device it may be useful, but as it exists now you are on your own trying to get through the process (and in my case that ended with an error that the setup failed due to unplugging the device, when it was never unplugged). Waste of time and money. (Edit:... apparently my device had some kind of hardware problem and the setup error was real, and prevented any further use of it. So it was dead on arrival, but Id still leave the documentation comments in place as they need to describe the setup process better at trezor.io/start)

This little thing kicks ass! Easy to use and easy to store away. It does feel cheap, not gonna lie... but it doesn’t matter. It’s not like you should be traveling or moving it around much with it, so durability is not really important to me.

This is my second trezor in 12 months. I wanted to restore my first one for which I had forgotten the password, but after using it for about once a month for a few months, just as I was getting comfortable with the treasure suite and able to move some assets, the trezor suite stooped connecting to the hardware wallet. It was as if the hardware was not there. I tried with multiple cables and even a different pc and mac, but no luck. Contacted Trezor support that asked me to do a simple bootloader test (pressing both buttons at start up and checking the screen load) and immediately (or rather after a few days) asking to request a replacement wallet via steps tat are not supported by amazon anymore. So after 2 weeks of back and forth I am still waiting on how I can get my wallet replaced so that I can invest another hour or so to restore it with my private keys all while hoping that this or another issue doesnt happen again. The worse part if all of this is happening around the ETH merge so the security of having your private keys is definitely ruined by the inconvenience of having access to your accounts, thanks to the wallet. So make your own best decision. From my POV product support can be more forthcoming about known issue and more helpful and empathetic to the pain of the user. the end.
