La verdad me siento un poco decepcionado, ya que no puedo enviar mas monedas de las que vienen pre definida , en la primera foto pueden ver todas las monedas que aparecen en el trezor one , ahora no se si es que existe alguna manera de agregar mas , si es así y pudieran ayudarme cambiaria la calificación de inmediato. Por otro lado intente enviar criptos a binance y las operaciones no se realizan pague la comisión normal que dice que llega en una hora y son las 3 de la tarde y aun nada que se confirman cabe destacar que se realizaron a las 9y55 de la mañana, de igual forma hice un intercambio por la trezor y tampoco se realizo anexo fotos de las transacciones y resalto la hora, si mi proveedor podría ayudarme con esto al menos a cancelar esas ordenes ya que mi dinero fue descontado de mi trezor wallet se los sabría agradecer y cambiaria mi calificación

Amazon shipping was great but the product surprisingly doesnt hold major cryptos like XRP & ADA! Not happy to find the out only after unboxing & installing this waste of time on my computer - top ten cryptocurrencies would be standard for any legit cold storage like Ledger. What a scam!!

I really really like my Trezor wallet. Having the option of the hidden wallet unlocked by secret phrase is really nice. Small enough to hide anywhere but recoverable in case of fire. Just be sure to store your backup phrases in two separate locations. Very customizable and idk what these people are saying about ads. Its untrue I’ve have a pleasant experience so far with mine. A1 choice for any miner or HODL’er IMO

Just got this device and the setup process and associated documentation is horrible! The instructions are to plug the device into a USB port and then go to trezor.io/start. On the device itself the screen just says please wait, and the trevor.io/start website has sections on how to enter a PIN. But there are no further instructions and no PIN screen appears on the PC (Im using a Windows 7 Pro OS). After some fiddling around, I discovered by random searching that the bridge software must be first downloaded. I downloaded and installed that, but running the installed .EXE does nothing. No windows open ... nothing at all happens. After unplugging the Trezor, plugging back in, restarting the bridge software, still nothing. Finally, after more snooping around, I stumbled upon a web page that said the devices ship without any firmware installed. This should be in big, red blinking font on trevor.io/start ... but is nowhere to be found on that web page, which also contains no other information on how to set up the device. You have to trial and error search around to discover how to actually get the PIN entered, then it is entered again, and finally the 24 recovery words are given. Once that process completes you can run the trezor wallet routine from the web browser (again, just trying things), and when I did that and got a device label entered, I get a message setup failed, with a message that the device was unplugged during the setup process (it wasnt). It does show an account but I have no idea if the setup process worked or not because of this error, and the lack of any organized setup documentation makes this thing worthless as far as I am concerned. I tossed it in the garbage for that reason and would suggest that anyone wanting a bitcoin wallet search elsewhere. If Trezor would create some setup documentation that actually applies to the device it may be useful, but as it exists now you are on your own trying to get through the process (and in my case that ended with an error that the setup failed due to unplugging the device, when it was never unplugged). Waste of time and money. (Edit:... apparently my device had some kind of hardware problem and the setup error was real, and prevented any further use of it. So it was dead on arrival, but Id still leave the documentation comments in place as they need to describe the setup process better at trezor.io/start)

works great came sealed after using for a while i did the update for the new bridge and ran into sending BTC problems not from the wallet the Insight block chain .when sending the BTC i can view it on the insight page it did not move at all. always saying not confirmed. Trezor said this had nothing to do with them on there end .it was sent back to my wallet 72 HRS later i tried this 3 times using all the fees avalible from the wallet same problem each time .i put a request in the git hub for the Insight block chain and got no real answers .if this is the only way to send out of this wallet to Insight .there is no way i will trust this method any more . i am using Ledger nano s for BTC wallet no problems at all and no Insight block chain .

Been using this to store currency for 2 months and suddenly I am locked out of it and not able to connect in any way. I’ve tried different cables, different USB ports, different computers and 3 different methods to connect (myetherwallet, trezor app in Chrome, and wallet.trezor.io). I’ve exchanged multiple emails with TREZOR technical support but have only been asked a lot of questions with no solutions. I fear I have lost several thousand dollars worth of currency. BE VERY CAREFUL HOW YOU STORE YOUR CURRENCIES. UPDATE--after several emails back/forth with Tech Support, lots of frustration, its finally working again and all access is restored. Restoring the TREZOR bridge into my OSX is what it needed. I dont know why, but trezor worked great for several weeks without the bridge, then suddenly stopped allowing access. This is why I say its for techies...is it secure? Im not a good one to ask, but the experts say it is.

Trezor does exactly what it is supposed to. You are in charge of your private keys and this will keep your bitcoin safe through the use of multiple security protocols. They even allow the use of hidden wallets using hidden passphrases on top of your private keys. Furthermore, they also support the Bitcoin forks that have occurred so far (Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold). I know theres a few more forks coming for December so I hope they support those too. On top of all that, they also gave me a handful of Trezor stickers with my purchase. I only subtracted one star because the Ether wallet has to go through MyEtherWallet, and this can be kind of confusing at first. If youre smart enough to invest in a hardware wallet, youll be smart enough to figure out the MyEtherWallet user interface. I also wish they supported more altcoins. They already support a handful of coins but the ones I would like to see are Monero and IOTA.

I honestly think the model One is better and more practical than Model T for most people. This model One is very simple and quick to setup. And it allows you to use 24 words seeds. The more expensive model T remove 24 words seeds by default and opted for 12 words only, although more tech savvy people will know how to enable the 24 words. The easiest way is to simply recover the 24 words seed from your old model One onto the Model T. However, entering the seed words on the Model Ts touchscreen is very slow and cumbersome. Also I am concerned with the durability of the touchscreen over time. Unless you need the extra features offered by the model T, you might just opt for the cheaper model One.

Really easy to setup for a relative crypto noobie . Instructions on sending from Coinbase were easy to understand.
