Trigger Start Torch

My father-in-law wanted this for Christmas. Good price on here.

Ive been using this with a Searzall for over a year and love it!! It has never let me down! I have recently bought an extension tube, and find that it not being directly connected to the gas tank really lightens the load, so its easier to use when brazing multiple steaks...!

Heavy duty unit, should last forever.

well... I expected a bit more...but the flame tip just isnt that intense/focused... think of it more like a manly lighter and you wont be disappointed. I got this to start camp/bonfires... but it SUCKS for that.. my firewood will not catch on fire even after 5 min of torching! wonder what the science is behind it... but if I light tinder or paper under the wood, itll start no problem. *shrug*

I got the torch head because it works with the Searzall and I am happy I did. Good finishing torch for food.

Very heavy duty. Weighs at least twice as much as my current torch. Pipe and tip is much thicker in diameter too. The volume of flame is pretty impressive. I got this to heat exhaust manifold studs prior to removal. Im certain this will do the job. Flame adjustment works great. Wide range from barely on to incinerate. Mine came with a burr on the threads. Tank screwed on about ¾ way and stopped. When torch wouldnt light I investigated. After unscrewing and screwing back on a couple times threads straightened out. In picture the benzomatic is on the left. All metal. You can see pipe and tip size. Seems to flow a lot more gas. Should shorten heating times. All controls have a nice feel and work smoothly. Im very happy with my purchase and this is great for my garage use.

It has electronic ignition and temperature control knob. Not all models have both. Excellent torch !

Great torch, great price on Amazon - whats not to love! From creme brulees to soldering copper pipes, this is one sweet & useful piece of kit. Easy to use, solid construction - I cant recommend this torch highly enough. Forget the lesser models & pay a few dollars more - this one goes hotter and is very solidly put together.
