> 3 dayThis the Cadillac of torches. It is easy to use. Turn the switch to On, adjust the dial to full strength and push the On/Off switch to light the flame. You can then lock on the flame and adjust the strength for your use. Pressing the On/Off button will then turn it off. The TS8000 is easy to maneuver and produces a very strong flame at the highest setting. I bought this to pair with the Searzall Kickstarter project. It does a great job searing sous vide cooked food.

> 3 dayWe got this because we like to sous vide steaks. It works really well. we used it with Bernzomatic MAP-Pro Hand Torch Cylinder because it burns at a higher temperature. The steaks were perfectly cooked and didnt take long at all to torch. We have used it several times since getting it, and havent had any problems with it.
