Its not very flexible, but it is secure.

Pro: This rope is tough and wrapped in soft stuff so there is no scratching or scuffing. People wont waste any time attacking it with clippers or saws or tugging or any smash and grab tactic. Con: It is heavy, but not too heavy. It is short (15 feet), but not so short you cant wind it around your stuff two or three time so everyone gets the idea, Dont get so busy that you cant run for it! If you know the difference between discretion and valor, grab a hank!

Used this to keep a few kayaks secure from the casual thief. Long enough to loop thru a kayak and around a post.

loops are much larger than anticipated so had to get an extra lock or two for that but overall, sturdy, and durable, has come in handy to keep gear locked up in the bed of my truck

Used this as a security cable for outdoor storage for my canoe. Great length, love the coating on the cable to keep it from rusting. Good value.

Got three of these to secure tires, a race kart and stand to an open trailer. These cables are a great match. Had the trailer out in the rain and on the road and the plastic coating has zero signs of wear in a month of heavy use and being left in the elements. I might get another one to lock my gate when were away for the weekends.

Dont plan to take this with you, its really only going to be of use in your own garage. When I go out of town I lock all three motorcycles together with this cable just to be a little bit more difficult to rob. This is in addition to multiple individual locks on each bike, i.e. steering, front brake, rear sprocket, immobilizer, and of course locked garage and full coverage insurance. There is no such thing as a burglar-proof lock, but you can make yourself a less appealing target. This is just another layer of security. Make sure to buy a U-Bolt lock of comparable quality.

Very thick cable. Should do the job!

Bought this ahead of time to lock bikes in our pickup with a matching lock. Went to my sons first high school race 4 hours away and could not get the lock undone. Took almost 15 minutes. I thought he would have to borrow another persons bike. Super frustrating. We eventually got it unlocked and had to use the lock again because staying outside over night. Had the same problem and took again almost 15 minutes to finally get it open. Because we planned ahead, we missed the 3 day return window so were out the money. Im guessing we can get a warranty replacement, but will now pay for shipping for an item I will not trust. Cable worked great, but lock was a nightmare.
