I purchased two. They work as expected with no issues. Ill buy these again if/when needed.

This converter has worked flawlessly for my various IBM model M keyboards (rubber dome 07H0665, buckling spring 42H1292). Of note: It also works with my vintage IBM mouse (P/N 28L1864). I have also successfully used it with two different Dell QuietKey keyboards. I dont know a ton about this stuff, however if your model M is a terminal board, it will probably not work (mine didnt work despite previously being modded to PS/2); thats what the Soarers converter is for.

I have an old IBM style keyboard with loud keys from the early 90s that I successfully hooked up to a new laptop using this cable. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised that it worked with no issues. I havent dug up an old PS/2 mouse yet, but Ill have to try that at some point.

This adapter made it possible for me to use an old model Logitech keyboard that is of high quality.

Well built and does just what I want it to do, save an old but great keyboard.

Mom finally decided she was willing to try the awesome and spend split hand ergonomic keyboard I gave her for Christmas more than a few years ago. (I live mine!) Since then, computers have advanced to the era of the USB -- but the brand new keyboard sports a PS/2 connection. Argh! After calling all of the local stores, I finally ordered this gem of an adapter. It works perfectly and that brand new keyboard was up and running in seconds. Quality USB to PS/2 adapters arent that easy to find. Consider ordering two of these if you work with outdated equipment.

Found a high-end soft-touch keyboard in the thrift shop for $4 that had the round connector, this allowed me to use it on my more modern computer at about a 90% saving.

Makes my ps/2 keyboard work. A simple pin adapter was not working. This is what you need to make sure that the old keyboards work on usb port
