> 24 hourBought this to replace an old corded electric broom. Purchase choice was based solely on the Consumer Reports reviews. Well packaged and easy to assemble. Owners manual is clear. The unit is lightweight but appears well engineered to do what it is intended. I immediately ordered two more prefilters and a spare battery which fits on top of the wall mounted charging station. I will not use the phone app. its a vacuum cleaner, people! August 24. I have now been using the Timeco almost daily as it is SO HANDY. I mounted the charging station just outside the door to the garage and it is handy and always ready to use. I routinely vacuum up kitchen crumbs, debris tracked in on the rugs, and so on. I have cleaned miniblinds with it. The attachments work well and fit directly onto the hand unit or you can attach them to the long wand. We used to own an expensive Miele canister vac ($1200!!) that was over-engineered and so clunky and heavy to use IMO. The Tineco vac is thoughtfully engineered, lightweight and well balanced and very easy to use. My only regret is not getting one of these sooner. Get one of these! April 2023 update. Vac has been working great with almost daily use. We used to vacuum everything at once with a corded vac but now we can just grab the vac off the charging station and do the bit that needs vacuuming. A very nice feature I forgot to mention earlier is the circular indicator on top of th motor. This circular blue ring will partially change to red as the unit detects moire dirt being vacuumed. You can be vacuuming a carpet and observe the indicator as it turns red. Continue vacuuming the same spot and the red will reced back to blue. I have found this to be very useful. I clean the pre filter after every bin empty since you have to remove the prefilter anyway in order to relace the bin emptying hatch. Simply pop in the other clean prefilter (you get two) and use the T-shaped prefilter cleaner to clean the dirty one.

> 24 hourThis is a great vacuum, great suction, nice attachments, I like the free standing ability. I would but it again. Better than my Dyson, the real test will be how long it lasts before parts start breaking. It is on the heavier side which I would say is its biggest fault. I do like how it makes the battery last longer by sensing more dirt then it uses more suction. Battery at max speed lasts about 20 min, using it with the sensing ability about 50 minutes give or take depending on the amount of dirt you have to pick up. The wireless ability is just a gimmick and Im a teckkie... you play with it the first couple times and then forget it. All in all it cleans nice, gives your arm a workout, would buy again.

> 24 hourThis is a really nice stick vacuum. I got an extra battery but the battery life is really quite good as long as you dont use the max power mode too much. I really like the feature that shows how dirty an area is so you know where to put in the effort. We have a German Shepherd and Siberian Forest Cat and they are all-pro shedders. Tineco Pure does a great job keeping up with the hair. Using an attachment to clean one of the two provided filters is an ingenious way of thumping filters against the nearest trash can to dislodge dirt. Worth the money as long as it lasts a couple of years.

> 24 hourWe have 3 dogs and 4 cats so it probably gets a little overworked, but for an apartment or pet free house would probably be awesome.

> 24 hour** Long post ahead ** I have been using corded shark vacuums for the last 5 years. My most recent one broke so I decided to try out a cordless one since that seems to be the new big thing. I wasnt sure what brand to try and I knew I didnt want to spend $1,000 on a big name brand one. So I did my research and found Tineco. Videos and reviews were great and people seemed to rave about this brand of vacuum. I purchased it and it came in the mail early. I used it immediately (knowing the battery wasnt fully charged but I was excited). I wanted to return it almost instantly. I have a shorter area rug. Its not totally flat but its also not a shag carpet length. I couldnt even get the darn sweeper to move on the rug. I literally worked up a sweat just to make at least 2 vacuum lines. By that time the battery was dead (I jad it on Auto). I plugged it in and let it charge while we went out of town for the weekend. Came back and decided to try again. This time with a full battery I was able to at least move it (obviously it would move easier with less suction in certain areas). On my laminate floor it did ok picking up dog hair. Again I had it on Auto mode to conserve the battery. It did an ok job but definitely didnt get as much as my corded vacuum did. I had to pick up my pace to try and get as much of my house vacuumed before the battery ran out. I have a 1200 sqft house and to hit every spot it takes roughly 30-45 min to vacuum. I didnt even get 15min out of a fully charged battery. So my bedrooms, laundry area, and bathrooms did not get touched and I had to speed through the dining room. I may just pull out one of my older vacuums and use that just to feel satisfied that my house is properly swept. I will give it a couple more tries, but right now I just want to return it. So far it seems like an overhyped fad and a waste of money.

> 24 hourI bought this vacuum in the hopes that going cord-free would make vacuuming less of a chore. Tineco has surpassed my expectations! I used to dread vacuuming on the weekend, but with the S15, vacuuming is so easy (and almost fun) that I vacuum high traffic areas daily. I had not heard of Tineco, but I bought it based on NYTs Wirecutter, whose recommendations have never steered me wrong. Wirecutter recommended the cheaper S11, but I went with S15 because I hate dealing with tangled hair. The S15 handles my hair perfectly. When I was researching Tineco, I thought the smart feature sounded gimmicky. However, its actually very helpful having the pink/red light come on when the floor is particularly dirty, and I like that the suction increases automatically if necessary. I now realize that with my old vacuum, I was leaving a lot of dirt behind. I also like how easy it is to dump the dirt out! Theres a trap door where it falls out, and a lever that pushes it down if some help is needed. With my old vacuum, I had to reach in every time to get out clumps of dirt, and it was so gross to touch and breathe in that stuff. There are 2 negatives, but I think theyre standard with on stick vacuums: It feels a bit heavier in my hand than I would like. And the battery doesnt last long enough to do my entire house; only maybe 1,000 square feet. Neither of these things bother me that much. I dont mind taking a break during the vacuuming.

> 24 hourIt is so quiet, which can be deceiving, but it sure is mighty powerful. I have used a few of the attachments as well. I like that the container part where it is emptied comes apart for easy cleaning.

> 24 hourBought this Tineco Pure One S11 after seeing that it earned Consumer Reports Highest Rating for Cordless Stick Vacs, to replace a Dyson V8 Cordless Stick Vac which had a failed battery after 3 years. Consumer Reports made it seem like this would be a better replacement. Pure ONE S11 is quiet, and easy to handle, but its suction is less than I wanted. Picks up dust and cat hair, but litter box litter gets spread around on the floor and I have to go over it several times to get it all. I reached out to Tineco Customer Service and they suggested trying the AutoMax Button for maximum suction; It works! Now when I hit an area of litter box gravel one push of the AutoMax Button and it goes into turbo mode and picks up everything. Its one negative feature is cleaning the canister, debris does not come out easily and usually have to remove filter by hand (a messy process) clean it and re-install. They dust bin has numerous nooks and crannies where dirt builds up, and it is hard to clean. I wish they would re-design this part. We had a Dyson V8 prior to this, and it suffered from premature battery failure. Ill not buy another Dyson, their customer service was less than stellar. Purchased a second battery for the Tineco which makes it possible to do the entire house, mostly tile floors, one charge will just about do the entire house, 1900 sqft. Consumer Reports does not at this time recommend ANY cordless stick vac, due to issues of early battery failure. But until a better product is made, this Tineco Pure ONE S11 is the best there is.

> 24 hourI ordered this to replace a cordless Miele that I do not like. I live in a small condo (917 sq feet) with only bare floors. After extensive research, I chose this Tineco Pure One S15 over the Dyson V12 Slim Detect mainly because of Tinecos free-standing floor charging/storage base. During the unboxing of the new Tineco, I immediately realized that the hand-held part of the vacuum is too heavy for me to use comfortably as a hand-vacuum, and would also be quite top-heavy for daily vacuuming of the floors. I also noticed just from holding the hand-held segment briefly, that the hand-grip area is small and not ergonomically designed. It caused discomfort just in the short time I held it during the partial unboxing, because my average sized hand made contact with two hard plastic protuberances during a normal grip. I could not imagine vacuuming for 15 minutes like that. I did not bother to finish the unboxing, and never fully assembled or tested the vacuum. The quality of the parts seemed adequate, and if not for its weight and the uncomfortable hand grip, I would have looked forward to fully testing the vacuums function. But since I already decided I was not keeping it, I didnt want to use it and return a vacuum with cat hair in it. (Please note if you need to return this machine, you must completely repackage it for shipping, print a label, take it to UPS, and wait up to 30 days for a refund. It is not a simply drop-off return like most Amazon purchases.).
