Transcend 4TB StoreJet 25H3 2.5-inch USB3.0 Portable Hard Drive

This is my second Transcend external HDD. I was highly satisfied with the first one, especially the quality of stronger body and data cable. But this time I received a third party, low quality data cable. Totally disappointed. 3 stars for HDD, no stars for data cable. Total 3/5.

This is the second Transcend StoreJet I have purchased. They are supper easy to use, reliable, and durable. Best of all, the price is great!

Really happy with this, purchased t hold all my hi res images & sports videos. Loads quickly and is robust. Well worth the cost.

Great external back-up drive for the money. Runs a wee bit hot, depending on the length of the back-up, but overall Ive been very pleased with Transcend drives. This is my second one.

購入して、約２週間、数分前に使えていたのにPCで認識しなくなった。衝撃も何も与えていないのに・・・過去最短のトラブル発生するも解決へ。 メーカーに問い合わせ： 対応策として①接続ケーブルを違うものに変えても認識しませんか。と問われそんなケーブル手元にない。 次に②デバイスマネージャーから、認識していないドライブのアンインストールするも、認識せず。 ③コンピューター管理からディスク管理へ。やはり認識していない。 メーカーは、新品へ交換してくれるとの事。アマゾンは、交換もしくは、返金を了承してくれた。 でも、何よりデーターが無くなった事による損失が大きすぎる。どこのメーカーなら良いのかと諦めながら、自宅に急きょかえり、接続ケーブルを変えると、アクセスできた！原因は接続ケーブルの不具合。 メーカーの対応も、アマゾンの対応も良かった。耐衝撃性に加え、３年も保障期間がついている。流石だ。間違いない。 通電し、認識できている時は、青いランプは読み込み時に点滅している。、通電のみできている時は、青いランプが常時点灯していた。青いランプが付きっぱなしならば、ケーブルを変えれば認識するかもしれない。だから、諦めずにまずは試して欲しい。 そして、何よりバックアップを定期的にとるべきだ。と再々再度思わせてくれた。

Unfortunatly the cable quality has really gone downhill for these drives. I ordered my second drive to back some stuff up and the cable was dead, could spin the drive and that was about it. I knew it was the cable because others seemed to work fine. The replacement sent now has the same issue less than a month into owning it. Ill be avoiding Transcend external drives from now on.

Compré este disco duro hace unos 3 años y actualmente funciona como el primer día y no me ha dado ni un solo problema. Se me ha caído un par de veces y no le ha pasado nada, tiene buena protección. No hace nada de ruido y tarda muy poco en copiar archivos grandes, lo considero bastante rápido.

思ったより小さいです、もち運びではなく据え置きで利用しております。 電源がUSBだけで動いてくれるので他のHDDのように電源の確保をしなくても良いのは大きな利点だと思います。

Good. Bit expensive. Though it is 4TB, u will get 3.6 TB storage space.

Funciona muy bien para el PC y para el Smart TV.No saca ningún ruido.Justo lo que buscaba.
