Transcend 4TB StoreJet 25H3 2.5-inch USB3.0 Portable Hard Drive

Collection took one whole day

bought 22nd February - took it on trip to Venice and it failed twice in four days and twice more since returning. Recovery software not recovering all data. Computer fails to recognise it as a valid drive despite every other drive doing so in same ports etc. What a lemon this is. Due to ridiculous Amazon return window of only 6 weeks had to go to Transcend website - asked for full refund or replacement - though would prefer to get refund and buy alternate make - never had such a drive failure so soon. Never been dropped, mistreated, never got damp let alone wet. Not fit for purpose - which is what Ill be saying to Amazon should I not get a satisfactory reply.

Like these Transcend external hard drives as they are durable and dependable.

Exceeded All my expectations! I had one from another company that failed after 16 months, and it was difficult to use, and was big and bulky. This one is streamlined and compact, incredibly easy to use. I would recommend it highly.

I already have a Transcend TB, But needed a bigger TB. I like the protection from dropping. I take it everywhere. It has my favorite movies and tv shows that I can watch on my laptop.

購入して、約２週間、数分前に使えていたのにPCで認識しなくなった。衝撃も何も与えていないのに・・・過去最短のトラブル発生するも解決へ。 メーカーに問い合わせ： 対応策として①接続ケーブルを違うものに変えても認識しませんか。と問われそんなケーブル手元にない。 次に②デバイスマネージャーから、認識していないドライブのアンインストールするも、認識せず。 ③コンピューター管理からディスク管理へ。やはり認識していない。 メーカーは、新品へ交換してくれるとの事。アマゾンは、交換もしくは、返金を了承してくれた。 でも、何よりデーターが無くなった事による損失が大きすぎる。どこのメーカーなら良いのかと諦めながら、自宅に急きょかえり、接続ケーブルを変えると、アクセスできた！原因は接続ケーブルの不具合。 メーカーの対応も、アマゾンの対応も良かった。耐衝撃性に加え、３年も保障期間がついている。流石だ。間違いない。 通電し、認識できている時は、青いランプは読み込み時に点滅している。、通電のみできている時は、青いランプが常時点灯していた。青いランプが付きっぱなしならば、ケーブルを変えれば認識するかもしれない。だから、諦めずにまずは試して欲しい。 そして、何よりバックアップを定期的にとるべきだ。と再々再度思わせてくれた。

After 1 year of rare using this hdd my pc and laptop can not open hdd any longer. I tried recovery with no success. It just frozen and doesnt go for recovery. After being trying recovery my pc does not see any longer hdd. I have 5 more hdd from other providers and those are working perfectly.

Hold up. Does exactly what it says it will do

Parfait pour sauvegarder toutes les données de son ordinateur. Très robuste. Mais ce disque dur ne peut pas être emporté partout car nest pas du tout léger.
