Transcend 4TB StoreJet 25H3 2.5-inch USB3.0 Portable Hard Drive

Works good so far. Time will tell if it hold up. Update: Catastrophic failure 2years 4months. This HD was backup of data history. HD did not travel and was stored in archive. HD gets warm and makes ticking noise. HD works painfully slow for short periods if frozen. At this rate will take ~14months working 24/7 to retrieve data. Probably time to invest in solid state storage.

Ive own a number of Transcend 2TB USB drives and the 4TB is exactly what I expected and received. High performance and durable. Highly recommend.

Je lai depuis plus de 2 ans maintenant, il est toujours aussi performant (+ grosse capacité de stockage)! Pas le plus léger, mais très solide : je le recommande.

Die Transcend HD ist kompakt, sehr gut verarbeitet und gut gegen Stöße geschützt. Die Platte war schon im NTFS Format und ich konnte sie problemlos an mein Windows 10 Notebook anschließen. Die Übertragung größerer Datenmengen verlief problemlos und zügig. Die HD bietet ausreichend Platz für meine Musik, Photo und Filmbibliothek.

This is my second Transcend External Drive. The 2tb one is 2 years old and still going strong. The 4tb is 1 year old and also causing no problems....unlike the WD ones I have previous bought which died after about a year.

Fast transfer. Recognised by different systems, and easily formatted. Cannot comment on longevity since only been in use for 2 weeks
