Greater than one weekThese are the coolest things EVER! I have yak trax and another pair of spikes but dont wear anything but the micro spikes. I was introduced to them going up a mountain of ice and my brain was saying this is not possible - as I was walking up a completely iced incline. I have turned so many people on to these and also give them as gifts. You wont be sorry if you hike and dont want ice getting in the way of getting out and enjoying nature in the winter.

> 3 dayThese spikes are a bit too large for in-town use, except for the iciest of conditions. However, they are wonderful at filling in the gap between too icy to safely walk on the trail/mountain and lets put on the crampons. Great for packed snow! Lightweight as well, a breeze to carry in the backpack for early summer hikes when high altitude passes may still be covered in snow. I wish these were available fifteen years ago when I started hiking.

> 3 dayWork great hiking hills in the woods. Much more aggressive than the spiral type. May be too aggressive for sidewalks unless they have not been shoveled and have ice.

> 3 dayThey stay on the boot while working. The spikes remain sharp and do not fold over through repeated use. I use them during manual snow removal around my home.

> 3 dayWeight new, large, with pouch: 381g (13.4oz). Seems to fit decently on my size 44.5/10.5 hiking shoes (Merrell Moab Ventilators) and size 45/11 combat boots (Danner Fort Lewis), as the size chart said they should.
